Sound

There are two main types of sound there are  non diegetic and moon diegetic but what's the difference? well  non diegetic sound is where the sound is actually real and non diegetic is where its been edited in at a later date for affect in the scene

In the scene in prison break where they escape you can here prime examples of this.



At the opening of the scene you can hear non diegetic sound. Its a soundtrack that's overlayed to add more of dramatic effect and to make the scene flow better. However diegetic is also demonstrated during the scene were he jams the rope in the lift to pull the bars of the wall. This is actual noise created in the scene.
